BACKPACKING MEAL REVIEW ⛺️🍲
Peak Refuel's Butternut Dal Bhat is the best backpacking meal I have ever had! I had it for the first time while hiking the Laugavegur Trail in Iceland and I highly recommend it. It contains 24 grams of protein, is vegan, and has 920 calories per container. It is comprised of red Lentils, chickpeas, rice, and butternut squash.

Grosvenor Arch to Tropic A great short section full of slot canyons and narrows. The drop down into Round Valley Draw slot canyon was gnarly but I did it!
